Hello, I'm Matt, based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire in the UK, I'm a vocalist, musician, songwriter, podcaster and author.  My show features guests from creative backgrounds. From musicians, event promoters and organisers, comedians, to business owners and entrepreneurs.

This episode features Daz Cadwallander. A Singer-songwriter from Barnsley, South Yorkshire in the UK. Daz opens up about his struggles with mental health and a difficult childhood, whilst sharing stories of how he has managed to channel his pain into positive steps. Daz writes meaningful lyrics and performing around the UK in a variety of environments from large festivals, venues and busking in a number of towns and cities in the area.
